totally forgot i had a blog. not like anyone reads it anyway. at any rate, patrick put in his 2 weeks, and since he left, all the shit he’d been dealing with has become my very own. i guess for the most part, the company leaves me alone and lets me do my job, but they’ve also got this propensity towards being..uhh.. overzealous with things. instead of asking if i know how to “manage” linux servers (they don’t need much.. patrick pwned them into submission..) they were going to hire some jackass to “look at them”. this is the same dude that totally fucked up the network in the office during his tenure as the IT for the company. he’s a contract worker. and he sucks. i don’t even know the dude and i don’t like him. also, the president of the co. asked if i could train some guy that’s related to her to be a contract tech support rep. umm.. sure. absolutely.
i’m tired. i want to win the lottery. i want a new car. i think i might buy a volvo in a few months. toyotas’ and hondas’Â resell values have skyrocketed because of the fuel price BS. volvos are pretty reliable for the most part, and they depreciate quickly and hit a flat curve, like a lexus. they also almost always have sunroofs and all that good stuff. but yeah. volvo. prolly an 850 or S70.
