check this out (from the AP): SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Sacramento school officials cleared a science teacher Tuesday who was accused of forcing a 14-year-old boy to urinate into a Gatorade bottle in class.
In a statement, officials at Sacramento City Unified School District said the eighth-grader acted on his own. They said their investigation found that the teacher did not instruct, direct or encourage the student to do anything inappropriate.
Student Michael Patterson has said he was told by his teacher to go to the corner of the classroom after he sarcastically suggested that he urinate into his Gatorade bottle.
Patterson has been suspended and teacher Peter Stanzler has been on paid leave. The district also plans to transfer him to another school.
Patterson’s mother and local NAACP officials said they are not satisfied with the district’s resolution of the case.
The boy’s mother and the NAACP are demanding that the teacher be fired. The teacher is white and the boy is black. But school officials insist race was not a factor in the incident.
so…this student is likely a fucking liar. he probably has a history of behavioral issues within the school. he urinates in his class because he’s a fucking twat, the teacher sends him to the principal’s office or something, he tells his mom his teacher instructed him to do it. and now the naacp is involved because his fuckheadedness is somehow a racial issue? that’s great. i fucking love it.
