this is the goofiest answer to illegal immigration i’ve ever seen. maricopa county’s sheriff
issued a brand new hotline designed to allow people to report undocumented illegal immigrants.leaving that kind of stuff to john q. citizen is probably a bad idea. then again, if they were to release the recorded messages to the public, it could be the source of some pretty high-quality entertainment. i also wonder how they could even act on any of the tips left on the hotline. if it’s anything like the new mexico drunkbusters/#DWI hotline, i’d imagine they’ll never do anything.

i’ve been a huge fan of mike rowe since dirty jobs first aired on discovery. he’s got such a wry and sarcastic sense of humor and coupling it with the worst jobs you could ever imagine makes for really excellent tv. last week, he was on the opie and anthony show. the last time he was on their show, they promised him that they’d have a surprise for him during his next visit– the surprise was that they had located video of him from when he was a salesman on the television shopping network QVC. imagine the humor and sarcasm of dirty jobs, but used to sell crap to dumb people at 3 in the morning. better yet, just check it out for yourself.

7th grader slaps females on butt, goes to juvenile detention..parents make themselves look stupid!
7th grade guy smacks girls on the butt during school, gets taken to juvenile detention. his mom turns it into a media circus because she doesn’t understand why they would make such a big deal out of it, even going as far as to say “one of the girls smacked him back”. i’m sure all the other girls really appreciated your dorky retarded son smacking them on their bottoms. way to go mom. OMG HE SHOULDNT BE GOING TO JUVIE BECAUSE HE SEXUALLY HARASSED YOUNG GIRLS. HE’S TOO YOUNG. yeah right. bring the media into the fray so you can illustrate to the nation how not to act as a parent.

wunderphone ftl
this is amusing. someone’s already found a way to exploit the features of the iphone for malicious purposes. this is one reason i’m not a huge fan of small wunderdevices– that is, phones or whatever that do many more things than they should. if i want to send email, i’ll use a computer. instant messaging and photo sending? computer. if i want to make a call? i’ll use my cellphone. it’s almost a stretch to even use the “wiarless intarweb” to do anything more than check movie times or look at drudge report.
if i wanted to ensure that someone stealing my phone got the most out of their theft, i’d get a smart device. not only would they get my phone contacts, text message history and tunes–they’d get my phone too. it’s like life ruining +3.
