cadie bought a six-pack of some blue moon seasonal beer called “harvest moon”. it’s supposedly a pumpkin/spice flavored ale. now, i’m not a fan of blue moon’s beer in general, and i had high(er) hopes for this one..but it was ultimately disappointing. on a more positive note, it’s almost october, which is around the time when samuel adams starts selling their winter lager, which i enjoy. since it’s getting closer to fancy holidays like thanksgiving and stuff, i can finally finish enjoying the last of the 5 bottles of 2006 Stone Brewing Russian Imperial Stout that i bought last year. stone brewing makes excellent stuff– my favorite beer in the world is stone ruination ipa delicious.
