just added some automation for image posting because i’ve been too fucking lazy to post anything here. all my microblogging nonsense is on twitter and all my mobile photos get posted on posterous, so why not integrate them here? at least this way i’ll have stuff newer than a couple of months, right?
spent this last weekend repairing sprinkler problems which led to an even more awesome issue. since i cut out part of the drip irrigation loop, we found out that our neighbors’ flower garden (which used to also be a shrub wall when their yard was the parking lot for pulte’s office on our culdesac…) is on our second irrigation zone. the removal of the leaky section of drip line increased water pressure quite a bit, so now they have jets of water soaking their patio every time we water our trees. whoops.
homeownership is sort of an interesting thing at this point. especially considering all the stuff i can do to *my* property without really worrying about repercussions of my actions. woot.
