preordered julie christmas’ “the bad wife” and balmorhea’s “Candor/Clamor” 7in. got them on wednesday. there hasn’t been much interesting/awesome music released this year, so i’m happy that the bad wife is so awesome. it’s just as visceral and emotive as any of julie christmas’ other bands, with more of a focus on her vocal talents.
