osx + g3 = sad
so, as i figured, OSX doesn’t run terribly well on an old g3. 10.3.9 felt really sluggish, input from the keyboard dragged ass a lot of the time, terminal.app doesn’t handle ANSI color correctly, etc etc. i ended up removing OSX and replaced it with a barebones ubuntu install with no GUI. i installed xorg, [...]
